What each company and division plans to do, quarter by quarter. 2027 is the detailed year, 2028 has fewer fixed dates, and 2029 and 2030 are broad themes. Dates are plans, not promises, and can change.

What comes first.

Operational in October and November 2026.
Q1 2027
Set-up, the platform and Engineering
Tax, insurance and systems for the other companies. The core BluePrint platform launches. BluePrint Engineering starts first, with Robotics. Business Solutions launches. Kids appoints trustees and applies.
Q2 2027
BluePrint Labs
The first hosted tools: GRC Hub and the private AI gateway as a service. Business Solutions gets its own certificates.
Q3 and Q4 2027
Think Tank, Meridian, Home Energy and Automation
Meridian opens investor talks in Q3 and is formed in Q4. Think Tank holds its first round table in Q4. The first sovereign AI tier client is planned for Q4.
